The National Energy Technician Training Scheme is an innovative collaboration between major oil and gas organisations and Programmed to build a skilled, diverse and capable workforce for the future of the oil and gas industry. The NETTS Apprenticeships are offered over a four-year period, and include training at ACEPT College, as well as on-the-job training across a number of host sites.
The NETTS program is specifically designed to take people, without previous skills and experience, into the oil and gas industry. This ensures we are growing a diverse workforce for the future. Our main prerequisites for the program are people who exhibit a genuine interest in industry, an aptitude to learn new roles and the motivation to pursue a new career.
